AB  - Today, the demand for smart-learning is increasing along with the rapid supply of smart devices. Nevertheless, the current plans for revitalizing smart-learning in school education are absolutely insufficient at the national level. Therefore, this research sought to examine the meaning of smart-learning, analyze its trends and search ways of revitalizing smart-learning. The proposed plans for revitalizing smart-learning include infrastructure building, software support and increasing the capacity of human resources. Through concrete discussions based on these measures of revitalizing smart-learning, practical actions for the sake of advancement of school education are highly anticipated.
