AB  - The design of a one touch 16-bit information relay system digital circuit for distress calls is the focus of this research. The digital circuit consist of binary switches which forms the pre-coded digital signal required for serial information transfer with the use of a multiplexer. The circuit was analyzed with the use of Multisim-10 application software to assess its response to coded information.
