AB  - The main objective of this research is to study the problems of the current student course advising process in Nigerian Universities and to investigate the feasibility of developing an Internet based system for advising undergraduate students on course selection in the Faculties/Departments. In the research methodology, a survey was used for data gathering and the results from the survey shows that students and lecturers are unsatisfied with the current process and will use an internet-based course advising, if implemented.
