AB  - The electronic cash is an important technique for the electronic commerce. There have been many electronic cash schemes presented to solve the different payment problems. In this study, we propose the first electronic cash scheme based on RSA cryptosystem which has the fail-stop capability for the bank against a forger even with unlimited computational power. Furthermore, the proposed scheme also can
obtain the untraceability property to preserve the anonymity of the participants.
