AB  - Organizational politics is the most non-technical factor concerning a data warehouse. The absence of well-defined policies in building a data warehouse will lead to conflicts in the Information System (IS) roles. Who should develop and administrate a data warehouse? Who owns the data? Who controls access to the data? Who should maintain and ensure quality of the data? How should we deal with the user needs? These issues would be discussed briefly in this paper.
