AB  - This paper attempts to measure the level of e-banking practices in Bangladesh. The study has been highlighted core components of e-banking, advantages of e-banking, present state of e-banking and the challenges in developing of e-banking services in Bangladesh. Findings of the analyses have been focused in this paper, which may help the concern people to run electronic banking effectively and efficiently. Finally, on the basis of the problems and prospects of e-banking, some suggestions and policy measures have been proposed to make improvement of e-banking in Bangladesh.
