AB - The imperative objectives of Digital Modulation scheme that are used in a mobile radio communication system are to maximize Signal to Noise Ratio (SNR) and minimize Inter Symbol Interference (ISI). In this work, we investigate how transmitting Bit Rate affects the SNR and ISI. An analysis of BER performance of Butter-worth receiver using a digital modulation scheme is discussed. We have shown the effect of transmitting Bit Rate by MATLAB simulation and we wrap up our work with finding an optimal bit rate for trade-off between SNR and ISI.
