AB  - miRNAs participate in multiple biological processes of an 
  organism. Virus is closely related to miRNA in the course of infection. This 
  study aimed to determine the interaction between host and virus-encoded miRNA 
  in the course of infection based on virus-encoded miRNA’s 
  regulation of its own gene, virus-encoded miRNA’s 
  regulation of host gene. The effect of viral infection on expression of host-encoded 
  miRNA was also investigated.
