AB  - A one-step Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (RT-PCR) assay was developed for the rapid identification of Sacbrood Virus (SBV). The data demonstrated: The one-step RT-PCR method is fast and useful for detecting the honeybee virus.
