AB  - To investigate the immunological activity of Iron-Zymosan (IZS) extracted from iron-yeast cells. The mice were taken as research object, the expression IL-2 mRNA and IL-2R mRNA were evaluated in mice spleen cells, the amount of IgA<SUP>+</SUP> cells were assayed in intestinal mucosa and the content of lgA was detected in serum of mice. The results showed that IZS had immunoregulatory activity and could be explored as a novel iron-zymosan source in dietary supplements.
