    abstract = {The high level of growth in the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) has attracted the attention
of researchers. The question posed is whether the enormous investment costs for ERP will provide benefits for
the company. Therefore, this study will examine the benefits of using ERP systems in several companies in
Indonesia using information systems success model. In addition this study also tested whether the factors fit
between business strategy and information technology strategy has an influence on organizational performance
related to the use of ERP systems. Data were collected by conducting a survey using a questionnaire to 53
Indonesian companies that have been using the ERP system in 2012. The results of the analysis using the PLS
method shows that the proposed model has a good validity and reliability. Besides the information system
success model can be confirmed for ERP usage as well as the strategic alignment as a factors that have
contributed to the organizational impact.}
