    abstract = {The purpose of this study is on the causes of organizational indifference and provides appropriate
solutions in the enterprise communications infrastructure. Organizations with different degrees of indifference
to the working face which in the services provided by them to their customers to view and cause huge losses
were. For this reason, the study of how the performance of this phenomenon has always been one of the
important issues. It also serious effects on the general environment which leads to carelessness and
superficiality to the facilities and machine tools and basically all the social facilities and the community was
taking and oblivious to the responsibilities and duties. Generally, it can be argued that any organizational can
