For better implementation of this policy always requires a degree of latitude or discretion in performing their tasks. The aim of this study was to provide a frame work for impact on client meaningfulness and is willing to implement. For this purpose, we survey among 2500 staff of the banking system in order to implement a marketing strategy to attract deposits. For this analysis is used confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling research. First results show that will have a positive effect on client meaningfulness. Secondly, through an factor (client meaningfulness) with a positive effect on the willingness to implement policies set by the client meaningfulness, it is part of the mediation. Hence, when bank employees they will experience a positive impact on business value that they provide to their customers which in turn positively affects the willingness to implement a particular policy.
