Accordingly, every organization needs to place special focus on its human force quality and improvement in order to achieve its developmental objectives. This research primarily seeks to identify the relationship between improved work life quality and productivity of employees working for Bank Saderat. In terms of type of research this is a correlation research and its statistical population is comprised of employees working for Bank Saderat-Supervision Department of Tehran Province (n = 354) from whom a total number of 161 members were selected through Morgan table and random sampling method.
