The healthy relationship is main solution for industrial disputes and employee grievances. Grievances are expressed in working condition, management policy, alleged violation and personal maladjustment. These grievances are arising from employees. The management tries to solve the workers complaints and grievances for maintaining industrial peace and improve efficiency and productivity of workers.
