The quantitative and qualitative composition of the micro-biocenosis is determined mainly by five genera: coliforms, bacilli, lactobacilli, staphylococcus, protaeus. The microbial composition in the places of sick and healthy animals was determined. Representatives of indigenous microflora were identified. The reaction of lactic acid bacteria was noted. The growth of colonies on selective media with pronounced morphological and cultural properties was observed.
