    Abstract: The modern view of the issue of <I>Helicobacter pylori</I> infection is considered. It was demonstrated that <I>Helicobacter pylori</I> is the opportunistic pathogen of the mucosal stomach flora and oral mucosa. The secondary reservoir of <I>Helicobacter pylori</I> is the oral cavity. The treatment of the <I>Helicobacter pylori</I> associated diseases shall be combined, individualized, ethiopathogenic, substantiated, consistent, dynamic, expectant. By treatment of the <I>Helicobacter pylori</I> associated oral mucosa diseases immunomodulators shall be prescribed, remedial measures aimed at sanation of the chronic centers of infection, equalization of the microbial landscape of both the oral and stomach mucosa shall be taken.
