In this descriptive analytic study, a number of 205 employees were selected by multistage sampling and their demographic variables and measures of physiological needs, safety, belonging, esteem and self-actualization were collected with reliability and validity evaluated questionnaire. Data were analyzed using exploratory and confirmatory factor modelings MIMIC Model based on conceptual framework. After confirmation of validity and reliability, MIMIC Model showed significant relationships between physiological, safety, belonging, esteem and self-actualization with efficiency adjusting for demographic variables with belonging and self-actualization in first priority, the esteem in the second priority, safety in the third priority and physiological in the fourth priority. It is recommended that the directors and managers, to utilize appropriate motivational factors based on priorities, needs and demands of the employees.
