In tropical and subtropical areas, one of the leading causes of febrile illness is dengue, sometimes known as "break bone fever" or "dengue fever." Dengue is a typical mosquito‐transmitted illness that is presently the leading cause of arbo viral disease worldwide, coming in second only to malaria. To investigate the preoperative and intraoperative characteristics that predict the development of SIRS in patients undergoing percutaneous nephrolithotomy for renal calculus disease in a prospective study. The current study employed prospective, observational cross‐sectional research. This 12 month research was conducted at the KPC Medical College's Department of General Medicine in Jadavpur, Kolkata 700032. Pre‐Operative DM was considerably higher in patients who developed SIRS post‐op [8 (53.3%)] than in individuals who did not [5 (7.7%)], according to our observations. (p<0.0001) and the current study found that individuals without systemic inflammatory response syndrome post‐op had less growth in post‐operative stone C/S than patients who had the condition [10 (66.7%)]. The statistical significance of this was high (p>0.0001). The current investigation shown that patients who acquired SIRS post‐operatively had considerably greater multiple calyceal involvement of stones than patients who did not develop SIRS post‐operatively.
