Through in-depth interviews, the relationships among the company, the NGO, the prison and the ex-prisoner are identified. Based on qualitative data, the advantages and disadvantages of this program are analyzed by incorporating prisoners as part of the prison system as well as ex-prisoners who are integrated into the company’s working life as part of a reintegration program. Finally, considerations are shared to carry out these programs. Keywords: CSR;labor inclusion;Prison labor;NGO;program;strategy
