Binuomote , Economic Effect of Development Aids in Nigeria: A Co-Integration Analysis, Pakistan Journal of Social Sciences, Volume 4,Issue 1, 2007, Pages 92-97, ISSN 1683-8831, pjssci.2007.92.97, (https://makhillpublications.co/view-article.php?doi=pjssci.2007.92.97) Abstract: This study employed co-integration and error correction model to examine the impact of development aids on Nigeria economic growth. The results show that aids contributed positively to output growth. Specifically, a 100% increase in aid will lead to increase in output by 1.3%. Structural adjustment policy evidenced in currency devaluation was found to make aid more effective. Keywords: Economic growth;development aid;Nigeria
