For this, the secondary data of age structure for male population has been taken from 1981 census. While values and ASDRs for male population have been taken from Islam (2003). It is 1X found that age structure follows modified negative exponential model while both values and ASDRs for male 1X of Bangladesh in 1981 follows 4th degree polynomial model. To examine whether they are valid or not model validation technique, cross-validity prediction power (CVPP), , is applied to those mathematical models.
