    Abstract: Aim of this study is prevent patient’s 
  non-steroidal reaction. A new dimensional procedure will be available to all 
  pertinent parties in any scene at any given time. For that innovative system 
  based on the IOG that carry out the new technologies Round Turf Memo (RTM) is 
  used. This technology are extends the internet to the small smart device from 
  IOT and to improve quality to drug delivery. Then, the technology motivates 
  the (RTM) about back pain drugs. This technology (IOG) provide continuous monitoring 
  of the patients history. The new technology implemented instead of Barcode and 
  RFID technology.
