    Abstract: Completion of the human genome project marked the life sciences 
  had entered the post-genomics and as an important element in the post-genome, 
  proteomics had already gone deep into the field of life sciences and medicine. 
  In recent years, proteomics technology developed sharply. In this study, the 
  concept of proteomics, the background was introduced and summarized the technical 
  route and progress of proteomics.
