By means of a survey in which dairy farmers responded to a special questionnaire, data were collected from 103 dairy farmers. Chi-square (Test of Independence), Variance (one-way ANOVA) and Kruskall Wallis Test were used to analyze the data. The 5-point Likert scale was used in measuring problems raised in dairy farming about food safety and quality practices and proposed solutions for problems from farmers.
