The purpose of this study was to investigation metabolite composition variations of follicular fluid and blood serum in Iranian dromedary camels during the peak breeding season (October-march). Following slaughter, blood samples were collected from 50 female camels and follicular fluid aspirated from small (5-9 mm) and large (10-20 mm) follicles were analyzed for various metabolite concentrations, using the commercial kits.
