Flank joints ratio in left half carcass weight was 13.62?0.734% at only barley group and 11.69?0.367% at standard group. Only flank joints between the two groups were found to be significantly different. At the end of this study, it was determined that differences between barley and standard mixture rations on slaughter data and carcass characteristics in Akke?i male kids were insignificant.
