Same year, Shimin-Wei modiffied the He-Kiesler signature scheme. In this study, researchers propose an improvement of Shimin-Wei signature scheme based on factorization and discrete logarithm problem both with different parameters and using a collision-free one-way hash function. In the opinion, the scheme is more secure than the earlier one. ER -
