Little is known about how to best apply leadership theories in organizations in order to achieve practical outcomes. Accordingly, this research examined the effect of a specific combination of topics such as how individual leadership capacity, team activities involving coaching and training and applying the best leadership theories promote effective outcomes in organizations. A survey was designed for statistical analysis. The survey evaluated the performance and satisfaction of participants in two groups. The result of the analyses indicated a positive effect for leaders who implement leadership theories in their research places. The researchers consider the findings of this study to indicate that support from leaders impacts organizational behavior such that the leaders can develop and support their employee’s behavior, skills, experience, motivation and collaboration that improve research performance and satisfaction.
