The sample of the study has been chosen by stratified random sampling method where it consisted of (200) members of the faculty staff members; (139) males and (61) females. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was developed; the knowledge production questionnaire which consisted of (17) paragraphs. The reliability and validity of the questionnaires have been tested. ER -
