This study is an applied research which involves Iran, Asia, Sina, Mihan, Dana and Razi insurance agencies. We selected 62 insurance clients using descriptive-survey method and prioritized the factors using AHP and extended TOPSIS based on possibility theory. The factors involved were responsibility, efficiency, security, confidentiality, usefulness and ease of use. Usefulness, ease of use, security, responsibility, confidentiality and efficiency were respectively prioritized as effective factors in people’s use of e-services provided by insurance agencies. Dana, Mihan, Iran, Razi, Sina and Asia insurance agencies were respectively ranked 1st to 6th in terms of the specified parameters. ER -
