The learning process towards sustainability or also known as sustainability learning has been influence by the contextual factors. This study aims to conceptualize an integrated model of sustainability learning and contextual factors influence as a process of learning among individuals in organization. Contextual factors that may influence the learning process engaged by employees in developing knowledge about sustainability are divided into individual and organization factors. However, this study only emphasizing on individual factor’s influence on sustainability learning in organization. Results of the literature review will be a guidance to propose a framework which future researchers may refer to in studying sustainability learning in organization. ER -
