Methods correlation descriptive statistical community includes all city health workers Bahmaei (218) Nfrbvd.hjm examples of statistical estimate was calculated to 80 people, using simple random sampling method was used. Bach Crown’s alpha coefficient was used for the reliability of the questionnaire obtained that alpha the dimensionsof labor productivity affecting productivity 85/0 for quality of life, 88/0, respectively. SPSS Software was used for data analysis Pearson’s test, t, etc., were used. The results showed a positive correlation between the quality of working life and productivity of human resources as it increases the quality of working life, there are also higher labor productivity.
