A questionnaire survey was used to collect the data from 366 emplyees working in higher education of KSA.The results found that job satisfaction and training have significant positive impact on employee performance. Surprisingly leadership style has significant negative impact on employee performance. The value of this paper was in showing the role ambiguity significantly moderates the job satisfaction, leadership style and training in higher education sector of KSA. ER -
