In this study, first identify components and dimensions of organizational agility of ports and then, using confirmatory factor analysis method was used to test the organizational agility. Finally, using the methodology of interpretive-Structural Modeling (ISM) studied and identified the relationship between dimensions of organizational agility of ports and were integrated analyzed. In this study, questionnaire was used to collect the required data. The population of this research have been considered experts and managers of ports and related organizations to Iran maritime transport. The results showed that the organizational agility model of iranian ports has four components, entitled: human resource agility, technology agility organizational factors agility and eventually agility component of maritime transport chain. These components consist of seventeen dimension which interact in achieving of ports organizational agility. ER -
