The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire encompassing three major parts. The research framework was tested using multiple regressions. The results indicate that all factors of GSCM have positive impact on operational performance. Moreover, all GSCM practices except outsourcing, significantly influence SCM-related organizational performance. Also, six sigma practice was found significant and it appears to be the most influential factor on SCM-related organizational practices. Perhaps, this study is among the first to bring into surface the issue of green supply chain management practices in the context of small and medium enterprises construction sector in Indonesia. ER -
