A simple random sample of 60 employees was analyzed. The aim of the study is to check effect of determinants of job satisfaction on job satisfaction itself. The 4 determinants, supervisory support, training and development, reward and work environment were considered. Survey was conducted through an adapted questionnaire with Likert scale of 1-5. Correlation and regression tests were applied for analysis. The study provides, thought provoking managerial ideas in order to improve the job satisfaction among employees not only by mere increase in the reward but also by focussing on certain factors like supervisory support, training and development and work environment.
