The concerns for quality of work life are increasing, as many researchers and industries are doing research to understand better about the dimensions and impact of quality of work life. Since, there are few literatures available on women teachers quality of work life in higher educational institutions in India, educational institutions have great interest in identifying the impact of quality of work life of women teachers on their job satisfaction. With this overall objective, the study was conducted on 400 women teachers from 25 private universities across India. Research first investigated the significant impact of factors on quality of work life and job satisfaction. Secondly, principle component analysis used to reveal the components of quality of work life and job satisfaction. Finally, regression analysis revealed the positive relationship among quality of work life among job satisfaction factors. ER -
