AMOS to analyse the 504 valid questionnaires in order to assess the proposed model to identify the factors that influence employee performance. Abu Dhabi police is the focus of this study where an innovative approach is applied to assess the impact of Ethical Leadership (EL) through Affective Organizational Commitment (AOC) on employee Performance (PERF). The study describes the relations among the various constructs. Our research has improved our insight about employee performance. Results indicated that the EL significantly predicted AOC which in turn influenced the dependent variable. Further, it was found that EL has an indirect effect on PERF through AOC. The proposed model explained 40% of the variance in PERF. ER -
