Since, nerve conduction is gold standard for the diagnosis of the peripheral nerve weakness. The disease is more common in smokers. The cause of Buerger’s disease is not yet know, smoking is very-closely related with exacerbations and remission of the disease. The 40 patients of peripheral arterial disease constituted the present study. There is severe decrease in motor and sensory conduction velocity in Stage III patients of fontaine staging. Nerve conduction is significantly decreased in patients having peripheral vascular disease. ER -
