The task was implemented with the orion-diagnostica diagnostic tool (Finland) that ensures determination of 5 main saliva characteristics and evaluation of dental caries development risk: concentration of Streptococcus mutans, lactobacilli, salivation speed and buffer capacity of saliva (with Dentobuff test strips).
