Lymph nodes respond well to mitogens (Concanavalin A) and alloantigens and stimulate the T-lymphocyte proliferation and activate the IL-2 surface receptor for expression of IL-2 in vitro. The present review aimed to discuss the pattern of expression of IL-2 and the effect of Concanavalin A in lymph nodes. ER -
