This cross sectional study was carried out on 320 college students of Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, the West of Iran which recruited with a random sampling method. Data analyze by SPSS-21. Mean age of the subjects was 21.86 (SD: 2.48) years (range, 18-35 years). The mean score of test anxiety was 2.44 (SD: 0.75). The results indicated significant correlation between same of background variable (such as; sex, age and academic achievement) with test anxiety (p<0.05). In addition, anxiety regarding studying more for the test, palpitation feeling and feeling of lack of performance in proportion to one’s ability were gained higher scores among test anxiety scale items, respectively. The results indicated the relationship between academic achievement, female gender and younger age with test anxiety. ER -
