A case study design was used and 140 undergraduates formed the respondent of the study. A 29 items questionnaire was used to elicit data from the respondents on 9 dimensions of their preparation. The findings of the study showed that the need for cognitive tools, meta cognitive support, collaboration and source of motivation are important in effectively preparing students for the labour market.
