The mean concentrations of Cd, Cu and Zn in the soft tissues were 2.53±0.19, 6.98±0.31 and 228.00±16.75 µg g 1 dry weights (dw), respectively. There were no significant differences between the metal concentrations among the seasons (p>0.05). Cd and Zn levels were higher than legislative limits, while Cu level was below. The Cd and Zn concentrations in cultivated area were danger to human health or human consumption. ER -
