    Abstract: In this study, I will prove that if 0&isin;abpe(P<sup>t</sup>(&#956;)),
then under certain conditions over the region G, we
conclude that 0&isin;abpe(P<sup>t</sup>(&#956; |<sub>G\&#916;(&#945;; &#948;)</sub>)) for some &#948;>0.
