Management in hierarchy of Islam provides a framework that arose from divine sovereignty and Amir-al-momenin’s practices and ensures human’s happiness in this world and the hereafter. Management and leadership’s methods are functions of the values of society or civilization. So, the nature of the constituent elements of the society demands a particular style of management.
