To reach this goal, first, we investigate the concepts of resonant leadership and spirituality at work and then we can provide the conceptual model gained from the research literature. The sample society was the employees in general administration of economic affairs and finance of Razavi Khorasan and among them 122 employees was chosen by random sampling method. The research tools were Joan Wagner’s questionnaire with 14 questions for resonant leadership and Joan Milliman’s questionnaire with 20 questions for spirituality at workplace that was completed by the employees. The results were analyzed using statistical methods. To examine the hypothesis and respond to questions different methods such as: Correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling using SPSS software have been used. The results imply the existence of a meaningful relation between resonant leadership and spirituality at workplace. The factors for spirituality at workplace were considered as: spirit at work, correlation in groups and alignment with organizational values.
