To fulfil the study objectives, a questionnaire was developed and distributed; it consisted of 36 items categorized into three areas: personalized attitudes and social relationships, instructional design and plan for teaching and students evaluation. The study tool reliability and validity tests were conducted. Then, the study tool was implemented on a sample size of 436 male and female undergraduate students from all academic levels both scientific and humanities colleges at The Hashemite University in during the academic year 2016/2017. Results revealed that the total mean score of the performance of the faculty members as perceived by students was of 3.83 which indicated a high level of performance. Also, the mean scores of the personalized attitudes and social relationship was of 3.93 which referred to a high level too. Moreover, the mean scores of the instructional design and plan for teaching was of 3.87 which referred to a high level as well. Whereas the mean scores of the students evaluation was of 3.58 which also indicated a high level.
