This study presents the influence of perceived organizational politics on turnover intention among frontline employees of hotel industry in Malaysia. Meanwhile, this study aims to develop a conceptual framework for examining the relationship between perceived organizational politics and employee’s intention and whether psychological contract mediates this relationship.
